New duties😍New hopes😍

Today  15th february 2022 was an energetic day. The day begined with morning prayer. First hour was taken by Joju sir, Maths optional students completed their seminars and students from english optional begined the seminar presentation. 
After the class we had Gibi maams class. Today maam revised the previous topics and assigned us some duties to complete after induction program that is, try to make atleast 5 people smile every day,to complete notes of psychology class, to prepare our for seminar presentation and Maam also motivated us to maintain good Relationships. 
"Make and keep good relationship".

In optional hour Nasheeda took seminar on multiple roles of a teacher. Teacher were defined with so many roles including scaffolder, mentor, social engineer, supervisor etc. Question and answer section were also held at end of seminar. 
During lunch break we had college election, new union for 2022-2023  was formed. It is a proud moment and happy to see new union members.
After lunch Maya maam came to class.
 Maam given us idea about school induction programme. Maam also discussed about report writing related to school induction and given us guidance for proper behavior in new school environment. 
After that we all assembled at auditorium and Benedict sir welcomed all new union members . Then Leaders and assistant leaders for school induction were selected and announced. It was a proud moment. I was given the duty of leader in pattom girls school and Naveena chechi is the assistant leader. Maya maam is our mentor.With the hope to do 100 percent dedication we accepted our new duty. At the end we prayed to Almighty for his blessings.

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on. We also discussed about safety measures like spreading awareness, engage students in more fruitful works, use two factor authentication, taking strong passwords, prevent clicking unknown links, avoid connecting with unknown wifi and so on.  After discussion maya maa'm taught us qualities and competancies of teacher, we went through physical, mental health, emotional stability, IQ, EQ, SQ and so on.
