The day started with morning prayer. The Pedestal walk ways are isolated. As I walk I felt that i am coming to college in a holiday. The surroundings of mttc was soo calm and quiet. First hour was by ancy teacher. The class started by maam by revising the previous days portions. Then maam taught about the Early childhood stage of development and its emotional, physical, social aspects.Maam also learned our names during the class. 

After that we had our optional hour handled by shiny maam. Since we had to attend the class online. We split into two groups and each group used a single mobile to enter the class to avoid sound disturbances.it was a new experience of attending online class in offline mode. We had prayer and thought of the day. Maam taught us about Reflective thinking and Pck.

Ie, the sum total of the art of teaching and mastery of content make the class management and classroom learning effective. 
After lunch we had Joju sirs class on Effectiveness indicators of a classroom. It was very good session. We all sit by maintaining social distancing. Then after class, sir and maya maam greeted MEd teachers from Dept of education. Sir and maam blessed them and appreciated their way of teaching.
In my opinion, the classes were very excellent. The teachers performed very well. Their effort of teaching and skills are very well reflected in our class and the responses of students during the class was an example of effectiveness of teaching.

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on. We also discussed about safety measures like spreading awareness, engage students in more fruitful works, use two factor authentication, taking strong passwords, prevent clicking unknown links, avoid connecting with unknown wifi and so on.  After discussion maya maa'm taught us qualities and competancies of teacher, we went through physical, mental health, emotional stability, IQ, EQ, SQ and so on.
