*Erickson's theory of psycho-social development. 

         Today the first hour was psychology by Ancy maam.Sathyalekha teacher taught us about Eriksons theory of psycho-social development. The class was taken in a discussion mode. Various titles related to Social development and stages of development in children's were discussed during the session.Stage 1- Trust vs. Mistrust (Birth - 18 months), Stage 2 - Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt (19 months - 3years), Stage 3 Initiative vs. Guilt (3 years 6 years) and Stage 4-industry vs inferiority were discussed. 

*Every day is a chance to begin again. 

In optional hour we had prayer by megha and sister said the thought of the day. The thought was very positive and it says that every day is an opportunity to rise again, to achieve more and to get benefited. Then shiny maam taught us Constructive view of teaching and importance or influence of environment in learning process. Teacher said about the process of scaffolding by more knowledgeable person to uplift actual ability to potential level. 

*Emotional intelligence

In Gibi maams class, dona teacher taught about Emotional intelligence. Significance of Emotional intelligence in building a successful life. Teacher also discussed about it's scope and how emotional intelligence can be increased.

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on. We also discussed about safety measures like spreading awareness, engage students in more fruitful works, use two factor authentication, taking strong passwords, prevent clicking unknown links, avoid connecting with unknown wifi and so on.  After discussion maya maa'm taught us qualities and competancies of teacher, we went through physical, mental health, emotional stability, IQ, EQ, SQ and so on.
