A day with the art of creating beauty ❤

7th december 2021.
The day started with a beautiful prayer at mttc. It was followed by Gibi teachers class. Teacher summarised the things learned in previous class and taught us scope of educational psychology. Teacher also asked the students to separate into groups on the basis of different facts, like those wearing spects, those who knows more than 3 language, those who can swim and so on. It was done to make us understand that individual differences can be found In every classes. So as a teacher we should understand each student of the class and make the learning process suitable for everyone. 
After that we had a work experience class on flower arrangement by Elizabeth mary Joseph maam. Maam taught us many things. The theme behind flower arrangement, the materials needed, single flower arrangements, methods to follow and so on.It was a very useful class because it made us think that we can even make our home beautiful with simple things in nature. 
Afternoon we had optional class by shiny teacher. Teacher gave us guidance for class preparation for NAAC visit and later we practiced for talent hunt. In last hour we practiced aerobics, it was an awesome and refreshing experience. 🥰🥰🥰

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on. We also discussed about safety measures like spreading awareness, engage students in more fruitful works, use two factor authentication, taking strong passwords, prevent clicking unknown links, avoid connecting with unknown wifi and so on.  After discussion maya maa'm taught us qualities and competancies of teacher, we went through physical, mental health, emotional stability, IQ, EQ, SQ and so on.
