Orientation day-1

On 16th nov 2021 , we had a orientation program held in my new college. It begins with good prayers at 9.15 am at the chappel followed by the class of our respected principal sir Dr. K. Y. Benedict. He exaplained to us about the importance of education it's meaning and also the significance of teacher through a small letter writing contest.we all are given an opportunity to write a letter regarding our new admission to martheophilus college to our best teacher ever. It was actually a good experience.i wrote the letter in rememberance of my beloved teacher Dr. Kamarudheen kunju sir. The session ended at 10.15 am followed by the class of gibi maam, she taught us values of a good teacher and she was very pleasant teacher. After the break we had the class of Dr,. Maya teacher, she was very peaceful and she put songs for us to dance and it was an awesome experience, we throw our inhibition away when she allowed to use our own space and steps. Later Dr. Joju sir taught us 6 main values a teacher should have. It give us greater insight into the teaching profession. After lunch we have optional studio where our beloved reache shiny teacher talked to us and she also ask us to introduce ourselves.Then we had a physical education period of George Thomas sir,he taught us about importance of physical education.Thus the whole day seems to be very vibrant. 🥰

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on.
