First assembly day@MTTC

24th November 2021.Today is the first assembly day of first year BEd and MEd students of batch 2021-2023.We all weared sarees for assembly and gathered in front of our college. The assembly was organized by first year MEd students.It started with college anthem and prayer and lightning of lamp.,followed by news reading, campus news, thought of the day and biography of Dr.S.Radhakrishnan.Our principal sir introduced publication of a well known book related to pedagogy in assembly and gave us a beautiful thought through a story. 



After assembly we had our optional class, Shiny teacher came to class and we prayed for few minutes. Later poornima introduced an inspiring quote of Swami vivekananda. 
"Everything is easy when we are busy. But nothing is easy when we are lazy.

After our optional period we had a workshop by MEd students of department of education. They taught us about life skills and disaster management. It was a very active class with good presentations and visuals. It was concluded by shiny teacher. 
In afternoon, we went to ground in physical education period. We played cricket and shuttle.Later we visited our library and found many useful books, magazines and so on. Last period we practiced for talent hunt. The whole day was pleasant.🥰🥰😇

innovative model

Innovative teaching is the process of proactively introducing new teaching strategies and methods into the classroom. Innovative teaching aids are used for this purpose. Innovative model I prepared is based on the topic animal cell. The model was presented into the class after giving students a brief account on plant cell, various cell organelles and it's function. Then students are asked to identify the parts on the basis of hints given . The model  was effective and efficient in checking the understandingof students regarding the topic.

Humans can sustain in this world only through interactions. Interaction can be made to other humans, to other living creatures and so on. It adds values to life and make mind more potential with wider thinking. Today we had a very active interactive session and group discussion on topic misuse of internet and how a teacher can prevent it. There were 6 groups and I belonged to 5th one. We discussed and come across various misuses of internet like plagiarism, pornography, phishing, cheating,money theft through games and so on.
